Kona's moons are associated with several different fundamental forces.
The Motherstar / Vis
The Sun is referred to by its title, the Motherstar, or its proper name, Vis. Periodically it can flare, adding new souls to Kona's Cycle.

All things are ensouled, but some souls are more complex than others. Some things, such as The Moons have an external source and are not ensouled. Stars are complexly connected the the souls of living things on Kona. Some religions see the cosmos as an orchestra - the cycle of reincarnation is playing another note in the melody of the cosmos. Please note when reading that none of the below is 100% predictable..
