Cecilia Radcliffe is a haunted Ex-Inquisitor from the capitol of Kanara, Centimane.

Cecilia's inquisitorial order in the capital city of Centimane laid them off in the midst of the famine, possibly part of an internal purge. She was never given a proper explanation. Either way, she's now out of a job now and has all sorts of questions without answers. The inquisition was cracked down on by the local government to push out the more moderate elements, potentially boiling over to an attempted coup of Centimane's government.
