The Kavisi are semi-nomadic traders who pioneered magical airship technology. They have some more permanent settlements on massive mesas in the desert that are only easy to reach with their help. They have a fairly elitist culture, rarely letting outsiders in. When they do, they are carefully vetted. and Kanara. Currently, however, it is under siege by Claug forces headed up by abel_hyteplugin-autotooltip__default plugin-autotooltip_bigAbel Hyte
She/Her Now a woman handling border patrol for Claug, Abel was at one point Canda's dying brother, Merry Mystria. She holds a vendetta against Kanara, who she sees as having abandoned her and her family and leaving them to die. After Canda fled the dying household, a lone man found Abel (Then named Merry), dying in her bed, barely outliving the rest of her town. She has faint memories of this man in a gas mask, carrying her out of the town on his horse. He brought her to, who is looking to weaken Kavisi trade routes.
The city guard is run by Frida Meier, a tough young woman who is nevertheless buckling under the pressure of Claug's siege.
